By representing collective interests, we can negotiate with bosses to implement stronger safety protocols, use better protective equipment, and address risky and hazardous environments. We also hold employers accountable for adhering to health and safety regulations, reporting violations, and ensuring that our members receive proper training to minimise risks on the job.

Equal pay is our priority – that is why women workers across the country are organising with us and campaigning for pay justice! ASDA retail workers deserve to be treated fairly. We believe that workers in ASDA stores, who are mainly women, do work of equal value to those working in distribution, who are mainly men. But ASDA pays distribution workers up to £3 more an hour than those in store.
